Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that during high demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website or by visiting the link provided in your email.

Shipping Address Changes

Lost or Damaged Packages
Witches Eye Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We will assist you in the process as much as possible.

Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may also be restricted from international shipping due to customs regulations.
